Our client, a large automotive parts manufacturer, is looking for an Industrial Millwright to start immediately!
Schedule: Flexible
Pay Rate: Up to $34 an hour (depending on qualification and experience)
Job Duties
- Perform the preventative and predictive maintenance program on all production and auxiliary plant equipment as assigned by the Maintenance Group Leader according to the Equipment Maintenance
- Schedule, with the purpose of minimizing equipment breakdowns and production interruptions.
- The Preventative, Predictive Maintenance Program and Repairs/Troubleshooting for the following equipment:
- Blow moulding Presses
- Machine and production Conveyors
- Material Granulators
- Hydraulic Trim Press
- Production jigs, fixtures, finishing and testing equipment and its mechanical and electrical components
- Maintenance and welding room equipment used for maintenance needs
- Fabricate jigs, fixtures and other production tools.
- Record daily in department logbooks all repairs and preventative maintenance performed.
Requirements
- Millwright License or equivalent experience
- Strong mechanical skills, Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to work overtime and shift work
- Must have own tools
