Our client is a leading distributor and seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team!
This is a temp-to-perm and full-time role.
Compensation: up to $19.00/hour depending on qualifications and experience
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8AM to 5PM
Position Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries/requests by phone, emailĀ
- Ensure professional and courteous service is provide at all times
- Process PO's accurately and quickly
- Coordinate with drivers and shipping companies regarding logistics and deliveries, and staff for returns and orders
- Work with 3rd party Sales Reps on returns, replacements or special orders
- Work on picking slips for order preparation
- Create packing slips for shipping
Position Requirements
- Great customer service skills - professional, courteous and positiveĀ
- Great problem solver and focused on customer satisfaction
- Great mastery of the English language
- Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
