Our client is a Canadian company and a growing manufacturer and distributor. They are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a temporary-to-permanent position ... it leads to a great FULL-TIME career!
Pay: Up to $19.23/hr to start. Once hired directly by our client the role will pay a base salary of $35-40K + benefits.
Shift: 8:30am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process customer orders
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns regarding products ordered
- Provide pricing, availability
- Recommend products and services to clients
- Tracking of orders
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Secondary school graduate
- Minimum of 3 years experience preferred
- Excellent communication and computer skills
