Part time opportunity!
- Must be able to lift and move furniture such as Sofas, Tables, Mattresses, chests w/ driver
- Offloading items designated for storage by clients into storage areas or storage units.
- Perform accurate inventory recording of items received from and returned to clients.
- Communications with clients via phone, text messaging, Email. Service
- Interaction touch points can include – Client registrations, delivery and pick-up scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, missed appointments, competition of appointments.
- Service interactions touch points may be amended according to business requirements.
- Assisting facility managers at designated home base location with facility maintenance duties including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping of storage units, restrooms, loading area, common and office areas.
- Assist with moving and disposal of items with as required.
- Working hours can range between the hours of 8:00am – 11:00pm.
- Shifts will be 8 hours a day with the potential of extra hours depending on workflow.
- Comply with company policies, maintain professional appearance, adhere to company dress code.
- Other job-related tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager and or his/her designate
