Our client has been in operation for over 35 years handling all commodities with an emphasis on food and beverage and consumer products.
We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative for a day shift from 8am - 4:30pm. This leads to a FULL-TIME position
Pay: $21.63/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Job Duties:
- Assist customers through email/phone call regarding orders and shipment status
- Track and advise about order/shipment status.
- Update the system with messages regarding transactions
- Assume complete and final responsibility for assigned orders
- Work with carriers to resolve issues, escalate problems when necessary
- Independently interact with contract carriers as required.
- Performs other duties as required
Job Requirements:
- 3 years experience in 3PL environment
Steel toe boots and mask is mandatory at the work place.
