Our client, a large Warehousing and Distribution company, is looking for an Operations Manager in Montreal!
Pay: $75,000 a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm
Job Duties:
- Oversee day to day operations of Warehouse and Drivers
- Coach employees regarding safe and proper movement of products in warehouse and trucks
- Hire/Interview for new staff as needed
- Conduct Driver trainings
- Work with the main office to ensure customers are provided the best service
- Provide assistance to drivers and customers on the field as needed
- Manage paperwork for services timely
- Maintain small warehouse equipment like forklifts and scales, re-order as needed
- Other tasks designated by VP
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual in French and English is required
- At least 5-10 years experience as a Class1/AZ driver
- At least 3 years management experience
- Works well individually and as a team
- Good communication skills
