Our client, a large Warehousing and Distribution company, is looking for an Administration Manager in Montreal!
Pay: $75,000 a year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm
Job Duties:
- Oversee day to day office and systems administration - computers, office staff and IT related items
- Coach employees regarding tracing and recording of warehoused and trucked goods
- Dispatch assets of operations in alignment with main office
- Ensure documents are transmitted accordingly
- Work with the main office to ensure customers are provided the best service
- Manage Office Supplies and payroll (for hourly workers)
- Other tasks designated by VP
Job Requirements:
- Bilingual in French and English is required
- At least 5 years experience in Administrative Dispatching Management Role
- Works well individually and as a teamĀ
- Good communication skills
