The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for the following;
Receiving installation products
Picking and preparing orders for delivery and ensuring deliveries to clients are completed.
Verifying products and reporting any damages or errors to ensure project installation success.
Ensure installers have all necessary equipment (dollies, carts, and cleaning products) to deliver products to clients.
reporting all product defects and/or deficiencies to the Warehouse Manager, as soon as possible.
Supports warehouse supervision as a backup for the Warehouse Manager when needed.
Performing administrative tasks such as printing out paperwork for Installers, as needed, scanning packing slips and work orders, and sending documents to the appropriate parties.
Preparing the necessary reporting paperwork by taking photos of damaged goods and printing required
