Our client is a leader in grocery retail and pharmacy.
We are looking for: Senior Coordinator, Transportation
Hourly pay: $23.00 per hour
Night Shift: - Sunday through Thursday, alternate Wednesdays
8:00pm - 8:00am
Key responsibilities:
•Handle Gate activity for inbound and outbound traffic, enter all relevant information into systems and direct traffic to their destination
•Review a Driver’s day and submit requests for any changes in the system that are required
•Print all paperwork from JDA associated with routes where required
•Data preparation for required reports
•Contact vendor services for commercial invoices related to claims
•File all paperwork
•Issue PO’s as required
Skills required:
•1-2 years of related work experience in the transportation industry
•Excellent communication skills are an asset
•Must have strong leadership skills
•Must have the ability to multitask, make decisions and problem solve
•Strong organization skills would be an asset
*Proficient computer skills
