Our Client is currently looking for General Labour Workers in Brantford, Ontario.
Open Shifts: Day-by-day assignment
6:45 am - 3:00 pm - Monday to Thursday
5:30 am - 12:30 pm - Friday
The Role:
- Manually feed and apply packaging components and pack containers on production lines,
- Provide basic assistance during line changeovers (e.g., sweeping area, setting out components at work stations, removing garbage, etc.),
- Perform miscellaneous offline product reconditioning, sorting, and packaging functions,
- Feed empty containers onto filling lines utilizing de-palletizing equipment,
- Perform online palletizing functions, placing cartons of finished product onto pallets. Perform all required quality checks as per procedures.
- Assist package line operators in the operation of package lines (with appropriate training and experience, including proper safety and quality considerations)
- Fill the packaging equipment. (Dispensers, glue, shipping cases.)
- Operate packaging equipment control panels. Clear equipment jams.
Requirements:
- Experience 3 months min within a warehouse
- Warehouse, production, and or assembly experience
- Safety boots
