Role: Mechanical and Electrical Assembler
Shift: 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM
Days: Monday - Friday
Rate: $23.50/hr
Job Description:
- Perform mechanical and electrical assembly on mobility products
- Use production tools
- Have some assembly experience
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Other duties as assigned
- 1-month assignment – With a possibility of it being long-term
- Providing support to the quality department
Additional Details:
- A quality check will be performed on the elevators that are in many pieces
- Some have rough edges, some have parts placed in the wrong spot, and some have excess tape. All this needs to be corrected by the worker
- They will be trained on what to look for, and someone from the quality team will be with the worker at all times
- Person needs to be good with small hand tools, an electrical assembly background is an asset
- A mechanical and electrical background or experience is a must. For example, one must be able to differentiate color-coded wiring.
